Data Collection
Renewly does not collect, track, or transmit your personal data. All subscription information you enter is stored locally on your device using Chrome's built-in storage API. Your subscription data never leaves your device.
No Accounts Required
Renewly does not require you to create an account to use the extension. Your subscription data is stored only in your browser.
No Bank or Email Access
Renewly never asks for your bank account, credit card, or email credentials. The extension only reads billing page content when you visit a supported site, and only to help you detect and track renewals — this information stays on your device.
License Verification (Pro only)
If you purchase Renewly Pro, the extension contacts our license server only to verify your license key. This checks that your key is valid — it does not send or store any of your subscription data. Free users never trigger this.
Payments
Pro upgrades are processed securely by Stripe. Renewly never sees or stores your payment or card information.
